The meeting will take place on the Arcetri hill in Florence, Italy, where INAF - Arcetri Astrophysical Observatory is located. The building where we will meet is the DIFA (Dipartimento di Fisica e Astrofisica) of the Florence University, Garbasso building. Within the building you will find signs to reach Aula A (Room A).
To reach the venue, you can walk from Porta Romana. It takes ~15/20 min, but be aware that the path is uphill.
You can also take bus n. 38 A from the bus stop "San Giusto della Calza" (in Porta Romana) and get off to FERMI. This stop is just at the bottom of the Arcetri hill. You will find a gate with the University/INAF signs. Enter the gate and continue until you reach a staircase. At the top of the stairs you will find the Garbasso building where our workshop will be held. Buses to FERMI are not frequent (~1 per hour) so please check in advance the timetable at this link: https://rd-sftp-data.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/autolineeToscane/IVU/OUTPUT/TIMETABLES_WINTER/UFI/38.pdf.
