Oral talks

The conference is organized in invited talks and oral contributions. Please note that the time allotted (30' for the invited and 15' for the oral talks) includes the question time. Therefore, the speakers should leave at least 5-10' (for the invited) and 3' (for the oral talk) for questions. Because the scheduling is quite tight the chairpersons will firmly control the time.

A PC running Windows 10 is provided in which an updated version of the Microsoft Office suite is installed. The Powerpoint or pdf presentation should be made available to the LOC one day in advance to the scheduled talk to allow uploading on the PC and testing the presentation.

For Mac people using Pages or other programs, it is strongly recommended to convert their presentation in a plain pdf file to be installed in the local PC.

Switching between PC and Mac is not supported, as this will burn too much time of an already very tight schedule.
