Call for Research Papers & Posters
IMS Ghaziabad- B School invites original research articles (empirical research, review papers, case studies) and student research posters on the following sub-themes/tracks:
Technical Tracks
Finance, Banking, and Economics
Marketing and Consumer Behaviour
Human Resource and Organization Behavior
Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics
Business Analytics and Information Systems
Publication Opportunities & Awards
Selected papers will be considered for publication in Scopus / ABDC indexed journals, including special issues in the South Asian Journal of Management (SAJM) and African Journal of Business and Economics Research (AJBER).
All selected abstracts will be published in conference proceedings with an ISBN.

Education Track - Innovative Management Teacher Award
IMS-ICON 2026 recognizes innovative management educators who have implemented creative pedagogical tools in Business and Management programs.
Submission: conference invites to submit a "Teaching Statement" (≈2000 words) covering objectives, implementation, assessment criteria, and impact on teaching-learning outcomes.
Process: Registered educators will present their statement during the Management Education Track on Feb 27–28.

Doctoral Colloquium @ 16th IMS-ICON 2026
As part of the 16th IMS-ICON 2026, we are proud to host a dedicated Doctoral Colloquium. This track is designed to provide Ph.D. scholars with a supportive, inclusive, and rigorous platform to present their research-in-progress.
Participants will receive constructive feedback from a panel of distinguished international and national academicians, helping them refine their thesis work, methodology, and publication potential.
Who Should Apply?
The colloquium is open to full-time and part-time Research Scholars (Ph.D.) at any stage of their research:
Early Stage: Scholars who have finalized their research proposal/topic.
Advanced Stage: Scholars who are in the data analysis or thesis writing phase.
We invite doctoral proposals and working papers aligned with the conference themes:

Submission Guidelines
To participate, scholars must submit an Extended Abstract or Thesis Proposal (1,500 – 2,000 words) covering:
Research Problem & Objectives
Literature Review (Brief)
Methodology / Research Design
Preliminary Findings (if applicable)
Expected Contribution to the Field
Submission Deadline: February 10, 2026
Awards & Recognitions
Best Thesis Proposal Award: Recognition for the most promising research work.
Publication Guidance: Mentoring on how to convert thesis chapters into papers for Scopus/ABDC journals.
Certification: All presenters will receive a Certificate of Participation.
Research Scholars registered for the Doctoral Colloquium are also eligible to submit full papers to the main conference track using the registration link, to compete for the Best Research Paper Awards.
