【参加登録方法 】

参加登録締切日：・現地参加 10月4日（金）　10月11日（金）15：00

　　　　　　　　・オンライン参加 10月28日（月）15：00

①　HPの「参加登録」リンクより参加登録画面に移動してください。

②　画面右上の「ユーザーログイン」からアカウントの作成を行ってください。

※アカウントは毎年度更新されますので再度アカウントを作成してください。

③　アカウント作成後、メールで送られたURLよりログインすると［参加登録］の画面が表示されます。

④　ウェブフォームに必要事項を入力して登録してください。登録された情報は、後から更新も可能です。

　　登録時と更新時には入力されたメールアドレスに確認メールが届きます。締切日を過ぎますと、登録も更新も

　　できなくなりますのでご注意ください。

⑤　後日、研究会参加のための必要情報（ZoomID、PW、概要集）をwebに掲載いたします。

【How to register】

①　Please create your account from "User Login".　

※Accounts are renewed each fiscal year, so that previous accounts are not available.　 

②　After creating an account and logging in, [Participation Registration] menu will appear. 

③　Please fill out the web form and register.  You can update your registered information later. 

　　A confirmation will be sent to the entered email address  when you register/update the information.  

　　Please note that registration and update will not be possible after the deadline.

④　We will send you the necessary information (ZoomID, PW, and summary book) for participation in 

        the workshop on the web at a later date via email.
