Accommodation & Fees

The conference is taking place at The Mathematical Research and Conference Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Będlewo (website here). The venue is situated 30km from Poznań.

Travel to Poland
We recommend to choose a plane connection to Poznań. The website of the Poznań airport (IATA code: POZ, ICAO code: EPPO) can be found here.

Alternatively, you can fly to Warsaw and take a train to Poznań (3-3,5 hours from Warsaw). The trains connecting Warsaw Chopin Airport and Warsaw Central Station run every 20-25 minutes, you can also take a city bus line 175. You can find more info here.  For train connections between Warsaw and Poznań please consult the Polish Railways (PKP) webpage.

Conference fee
The total cost of the conference is:
3000 PLN / 700 € - payment till 15th March 2025
3500 PLN / 800 € - payment from 15th March 2025 to 15th April 2025

The deadline for payment is 15th April 2025.

The conference fee covers accommodation for six nights (from 4th to 10th of May) at the conference center hotel, full meals (starting with dinner on the arrival evening and ending with lunch on the departure day), organized transfer from Poznań to Będlewo on 4th May and return on 10th May, conference materials and coffee breaks.
