July 23rd-27th
Będlewo Palace, Poland
The goal of SYMPAAN is to gather together all Algant Alumni, whichever is the path they have undertaken after Algant, and to propose an event that can be appealing for everybody, from those still in academia, to those employed in the private sector and those working in maths education and/or popularisation. In this spirit, the event will be organised as follows:
During the first two and a half days (from Wednesday the 23rd until Friday the 25th) the focus will be on Maths research in academia.
During the last two days (i.e. during the weekend) the focus will shift toward Algant Alumni pursuing careers outside academia.
Throughout the whole week there will be some workshops/roundtables on various related topics.
(The event will begin on the morning of the 23rd and ends in the morning of the 27th.)
