To apply, please fill out both application forms. Since the school and the remaining Simons Semester activities take place at different locations, you must submit a separate application for each.
If you're requesting financial support, please indicate this on your application form. Financial support is available through several granting agencies, with priority given to early-career researchers, confirmed speakers, and invited participants.

Location & Date
The school will be held at the Będlewo Palace, located in the village of Będlewo, near Poznań.
Official Arrival: Sunday, January 11, 2026
Talks Begin: Monday, January 12, 2026
Talks Conclude & Official Departure: Friday noon, January 16, 2026
Transportation
Organizers will provide bus transportation between the main train station in Poznań and the venue in Będlewo on the official arrival and departure days.
Arrival (Jan 11): The bus will tentatively depart from the Poznań train station at 4:00 PM.
Departure (Jan 16): The bus will return participants to the Poznań train station around 2:00 PM.
Poznań has convenient train and air connections to major cities throughout Poland and the EU. Detailed bus schedules and specific pick-up/drop-off locations will be provided closer to the event.

The Simons Semester activities will take place at the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in downtown Warsaw from January 12 to February 15, 2026.
The conference is scheduled for the week of February 2–6, 2026.
Transportation & Lodging
