September 1st: deadline for on-line registration

September 1st: deadline for the conference fee

September 15th: deadline for abstracts of invited talks and contributed talks

September 31th: deadline to request taxi to Będlewo from Poznań or Mosina

October 15th: arrival day

October 16th: beginning of the conference

October 20th: end of the conference

The conference starts on Moday, 16th of October (after breakfast) and ends on 20th of October (finishing at lunch). The 15th and 21st of October are traveling days.

Conference fee

The conference fee is 450 EUR (or equivalently 1800 PLN)  if it is paid till 01.09.2023, otherwise  this conference fee is 900 euro (or equivalently 3600 PLN). The conference fee covers accommodation in Bedlewo, the cost of lunches and refreshments throughout the event.

Travel advices

Poland is a part of the Schengen Area thus, Citizens of the European Union and many other countries do not require a visa for entering Poland. However, we suggest consulting these webpages for more information: entering Poland, visa free countries.

We recommend first to reach Poznań, a large city in the west of Poland, which is about 35 km form the Conference Center in Będlewo.

Getting to Poznań

By plane: There is a good number of direct air connections from Poznań airport, see a map of flights from and to Poznań airport Ławica. You can also use skyskanner or similar pages.

By train: Polish railways (PKP) is offering good and relatively fast connections from cities like Wrocław, Warsaw, Berlin. The timetable can be found here.

Getting to Będlewo

By taxi: from Poznań airport or Poznań train station a taxi is the most convenient option. The organizers will help with arranging taxis from the airport and train station. There is about 35 km to Będlewo and approximate cost of a taxi is 30-40 euro (we will try to arrange taxis for 3-4 people, maybe a small bus for larger groups). If you want us to organize transportation from the airport or train station please send details of your arrival to  23-discreters@impan.pl.

Accomodation

All conference participants will be accommodated in the Mathematical Research and Conference Center in Będlewo (15th -21st of October), which is surrounded by the large park, perfect walking and discussion place.
