Accommodation

Support for participants 

We have reserved a pool of 25 rooms in the University dormitory for the period from August 1st to September 8th. We will be able to subsidize some of these rooms. Their reservation will be possible until June 15th.  We offer single rooms in three standards:

• high standard - 5 rooms - around 250 PLN per night. The price includes TV, bedsheets, towels, fridge, electric kettle, glasses, plates, cutlery. The room is cleaned every day.

• middle standard - 10 rooms - around 200 PLN per night. The price includes bedsheets, towels, fridge, electric kettle, glasses, plates, cutlery. The room is cleaned every other day.

• basic standard - 10 rooms - around 150 PLN per night. The price includes bedsheets, towels, fridge, electric kettle, glasses, tea spoons. The room is cleaned twice a week.

Bathrooms and kitchens are shared between two rooms.

All rooms are located in "Kredka" dormitory at pl. Grunwaldzki 69 in Wrocław.

Payment will be possible only via a bank transfer. The account number, exact prices and other details will be announced no later than in the beginning of July.

If you need a financial support from the organizers to pay the dormitory accommodation, please indicate this in the registration form. Please note that the support from the organizers can not cover the cost of the room during the summer school in Będlewo. If you wish to keep your room during this week, you will have to cover the cost by yourself.

Unsupported participants

There are many hotels close to the University area. You should have no problem finding accommodation through one of the booking apps.

Other information

• If you need a formal invitation, please indicate this in the registration form.

• During the semester the participants will have an opportunity to give a seminar talk. If you wish to do so, please indicate this in the registration form and provide a tentative topic of your talk.

• Deadline for the registration is July 14th. Deadline for the reservation of accomodation in dormitory is June 15th.
