Expenses

The conference fee is 475 Euro (2000 PLN for Polish participants).
The conference fee for an accompanying person is 350 Euro (1500 PLN for Polish participants).

The fee covers an accommodation in a double or single room (depending on availability),
full day meals from September 6 (supper) till September 12 (breakfast), transportation from and to Poznan, a banquet, an excursion and conference materials.

The conference fee can also be paid at the reception desk upon arrival in cash or by credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).

We have a limited number of grants that partially cover local expenses for PhD students and young researchers who cannot be funded by their own institutions. Please send a brief email to the organizers at cdde3@impan.pl explaining your situation. The deadline to apply for a financial support is June 1, 2026.
