The cost of onsite participation ( dinner  August 24, breakfast August 30, 2025) is 

• 1040 PLN (double room), 

• 1180 PLN (single room). 

For a shorter stay it is proportionally lower.  Food, accommodation, transportation from and to Poznań are covered.

A bus to Będlewo will depart on 24 August 2025 at 17:00 from Dworzec Letni railway station in Poznań (ul. Składowa 9, about 400 meters from the main railway station Poznań Główny, see the map). A bus from Będlewo to Poznań railway station will depart on 30 August 2025 at 9:20.
