REGISTRATION FEES:

• 800 PLN or 200 USD or 200 EUR - Student

• 1200 PLN or 300 USD or 300 EUR - Non-student

The registration fee includes full lodging (accommodation and meals), coffee breaks, conference materials, and a conference dinner.

Important: Please include the full name of the participant and the word "SSAAEC23" in the title of your transfer.

There is also a possibility of paying directly in Będlewo (by card or cash). Then the transfer will be made into the PLN account. This means that if you pay by card, you might be charged some additional transfer fee. If you pay by cash the only possibility is to pay in PLN.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT:

There is a possibility of financial support for students and junior participants to attend SSAAEC 2023. Participants are strongly encouraged to also apply for funding from local sources and their home institutions.
