SUN Registration Form

A physical copy of our SUN Fall Program Form will be be distributed to interested students on Thursday January 9th. Please fill out this form if your student plans to participate in any SUN Activities, Partner Programs, Clubs, or After-School Events. This helps provide student and parent information and the expectations of participating in SUN activities.  The after school activities will most likely include Basketball, Homework Club, Speech and Debate Club, Dungeons and Dragons, Martial Arts, Dance, Cooking, Art and Robotics!
