Middle School ELA Student

It looks like we will be continuing our Spring Break!

When we get back, we will have a lot of tales to tell about family time; be prepared to share all of the details with your ELA class!

I am changing the format for "turning in" assignments. I want to start checking your progress.

Your new "turn in" policy for ELA:

*Type your answers to all assignments in a google docs.

*Send your google doc answer sheet to me after completion.

*This will start with any assignments received on March 23 and continue to our return date.

-Set aside time each day to do your school work without distractions.

-Check your google docs for homework and due dates.

-Try to stay on track as much as possible, so you don’t get behind.

-Let me know, when you have questions, thru google docs/classroom. I will try to help as much as I can.

-Set aside time to read your AR books! Remember, reading will calm your mind to allow you to sleep, so why not end your day with a half hour of reading instead of screen time.

Can’t wait to see all of you in two weeks!

May 11th-15th

Hello- You will find only one new science assignment this week in google classroom. There are quite a few who have some missing assignments and have not completed the last chapter test. Please use this week to catch up on any missing or incomplete assignments! Email me with any questions.

SCIENCE FAIR PROJECTS- I am very disappointed that we were not able to return to school and have our science fair. I know everyone put a lot of work into their scientist wax museum costumes. Our hopes are that we can take a day in the fall and have a science fair for our student body during the school day. Thank you again for all of your time and effort!
