OFFICE HOURS -- 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

  • Hello Trojans, you're probably thinking that because we don't have any school for two weeks that you can just take a little vacation, right?.........WRONG!!!

  • Most of you will probably lie in bed all day and play video games, watch movies, or watch Tik Tok. Are you planning on spending that time moving around? Are you going to spend any time talking to loved ones in person? Are you planning on eating and drinking nothing but junk food during this time?

  • There are 24 hours in each day and you are going to spend most of that time in the safety of your own home. There is always something to get done during your time away from ICS. With that said, I have prepared a two-week program that each student will be able to do every day, Monday through Friday, for the next two weeks. This is not a demand, this is a CHALLENGE. I challenge you to keep moving. Most involve physical exercises and stretching, and others involve household chores (You're welcome Parents/Guardians).

  • I plan to change the stigma of "family fun entertainment". That's right, these are activities that everyone can (and should) accomplish. The last thing I want you to do all day is sleep, and I don't want my students to do the same. I believe that you can complete this, and MORE!!
