Mac OS Devices

1.Navigate to System Preferences and select Printers and Scanners.

2. Click the + icon under the Printers List.

3. The Add dialog is displayed. It displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network. Select the mobile printers to add them.

4. Both mobility printers were added, mac_print_bw for black and white printing, mac_print_color for color prints.

5. Open document to print and select the print dialog window as you normally would for that application.

6. When the options window opens be sure that one of the mobile printers is selected, then click the "Print" button.

7. When prompted, enter you Immaculata UserID and password.

8. The printer icon will very briefly display in your system tray.

9. Find a Sharp brand printer on campus that corresponds to the printer chosen (BW or Color). See the campus list of Sharp printers.
