Bio: Mr. Nusser
Teaching Experience
I love teaching and working with young people. I have taught science for 19 years and have been at iMiddle since it's beginning. It is the best school I have ever worked at. Before iMiddle I taught at Madison High School in the Design and Technology Academy. I taught Advanced Physics, Chemistry, and Earth Science. Before that, I taught middle school in Alaska and ran the technology lab at Lewis Middle School near San Diego State.
Credentials
I recently completed a Master's in Educational Technology and was accepted into SDSU's NOYCE science fellowship. In college, I majored in Earth Science Chemistry at UCSD with minors in Biology and Education. After teaching outdoor education and running a sea kayak and ropes course program after college, I returned to UCSD for my teaching credential.
Hobbies
My favorite things to do include getting into the outdoors with my family, building things, and learning new things.
