What Students should do
Fill out your planner and check your Google Calendar: Make sure to write down into you planner what you need to do for each class. Also, subscribe to your Teacher Calendars.
Attempt everything and ask questions. Be sure to complete all assignments. If you need help use the class resources or attend virtual office hours with your teacher.
Revise poorly done work (When available). If you struggled on an assignment or test, revise or retake it.
Use the online study resources (Canvas). If you struggle on Notebook Checks and Tests, take the time to look over those scores and fix your notebook. You can also use the teacher created Vocabulary Quizlets to study the key vocabulary for the unit.
Check PowerSchool twice a week- Make sure that all assignments have been turned in and be aware of the grade earned on each.
Get help- ask questions in class, office hours, or by email. You know what you are struggling on, let us try to help you understand it before you are graded on it.
What Parents can do
