How to make your document PUBLIC with editing rights (document)

To get some help signing into Zoom, look at THIS video by Mrs. Poland.

Clever (Use for Amplify, NRI, BrainPop, and Lexia's PowerUp):

• Please visit Clever at: https://clever.com/in/sdusd

• BOOKMARK this page. If you don't know how to bookmark, ask a partner or teacher.

• Once in, log in with your Active Directory ID and Password (same as your computer one)

• Once in Clever, you can see Amplify, BrainPop, Lexia, NoRedInk, and more. This is one good way to log into these programs. If you log in to these programs without using Clever and/or with a different username or password, you may not see your assignments.

POWERSCHOOL : where students check their grades and see which teacher assigned the work...If the assignment has a zero it has been graded. If it is blank it has not been graded.

CANVAS: where some assignments are turned in (Sign in using Active Directory ID)

LEXIA: You may access this reading program through Clever. Use this video for more directions.

AMPLIFY: You may access this program for free digital books. Search the library by genre or Lexile level. Use this video for more directions.

COMMONLIT: where students are assigned reading passages

Sign-up at www.commonlit.org (Each period has its OWN code. Please see below for your code for your class.)

USE YOUR IMIDDLESD EMAIL TO SIGN UP. If you have ever made an account in Commonlit with that email and don't remember your password, click "Forgot Password" and an email will be sent to you. Here is a video showing you how to sign up for an account. If you are assigned to annotate the text with highlighting and notes, please remember that once you submit your assignment, you cannot redo your annotations without redoing your entire assignment. Here is a video tutorial of how to highlight and annotate your CommonLit text.
