This system will consist of a user-friendly Google Form for grievance submission, an Excel dashboard for real-time tracking, and features such as maintenance history tracking and alerts to enhance accountability.

What sets our solution apart is its holistic approach to grievance management. The integration of a user-friendly Google Form provides accessibility, allowing residents to submit grievances from anywhere. This system would be easier for the staffs who doesn’t have smartphones to access the dashboard. The Excel dashboard ensures transparency, offering both residents and administration a simplified interface to monitor and track grievance status in real-time. The implementation of maintenance history tracking, and alerts contributes to accountability, keeping stakeholders informed about the resolution progress.
