Occurred on two levels:

1. Personal level that consisted in planning weekly workload and tasks over the seven given weeks of the remote professional practice. Meetings always had to be properly scheduled, since team members were in different time-zones.

2. Project level that consisted in planning the actual proposal over the 36 given months to produce it.

For proper communication and the assignment of tasks between team members, online tools such as, Microsoft Teams and Monday.com, were utilized.

The budget constitutes the back bone of any project. A successful project is defined by being delivered on time and within the budget. A good budget will win you a grant and will guarantee an efficient project performance. Following the Erasmus+ guidelines, three sectors require funding:

1. Implementation support - funding for material and salaries;

2. Travel costs - funding for business travels;

3. Subsistence costs - funding for accommodation and food when travelling or participating to project's activities.

Played a major part in this project's realization. The team had to work as a unit, which required a certain degree of familiarity between members. The relationship formed between team members will last beyond the completion of this project.

The project's network was further expanded by individuals working in the film making industry after sending a message on Facebook to receive information on how the budget of a documentary series should be calculated.

The writing style of a grant proposal is very different from the writing style of a scientific report. A grant proposal needs to be written in a clear and concise manner to make it intelligible for anyone reading it.
