Go to: Chrome Browser Options > About Chrome > Check for Update or Relaunch or Update
(whichever appears from those 3) until you see Chrome is up to date

Note for mac users: In MacBooks, make sure that the chrome browser has access to screen recording option so that autoproctor can access your screen.
Go to: Apple menu (in the upper left corner of the screen) > System preferences > Security & Privacy > Screen Recording (from the left menu) > Check the box for chrome > Quit & Reopen
If you cannot check the box, then you have to open the lock for changing the settings first.

You can create a separate chrome browser for every account and every person using the laptop/desktop.
Make sure that you create one with your IMAS email only without adding any other account to it.

Note for mac users: In MacBooks, you will not see the option to create a shortcut for every account. However, you can still select the user from the chrome account icon at the top right of the browser.

Check that only one account appears when using the chrome browser.
Go to: Chrome Browser > New Tab > Check Account

In some cases you might not see your account in a new tab as shown below.
Go to: Chrome Browser Options > Settings > Search for Cookies > Cookies and other site data > Allow all cookies

Go to: autoproctor.
Sign in with your IMAS google account if you are not already signed in.
Activate the camera, microphone and screen sharing with autoproctor.
Try the demo test.

Before the Exams or on the first day of examination, You will receive a classroom invitation to your exam hall. Accept the invitation.

After all the above steps were completed. It is important to restart your device so that all new changes are applied.
IMPORTANT: Do not just do those settings before the exam and then join immediately. Especially if you had multiple accounts before.
