• When you switch on the chromebook, make sure you sign in with your own account (IMAS STUDENT ACCOUNT).

• Any other accounts (sibling's/ parent's account) must not be selected when taking the exam/test.

• Watch the video below for further clarification.

• Only sign in with your IMAS STUDENT ACCOUNT during the duration of the exams. Sign out of any other accounts.

• Any other accounts (sibling's/parent's accounts) must be signed out before taking the exam/test.

• Go to: Chrome Book Settings > Accounts > Select your account > Remove other accounts

• Watch the instructions below.

• Check that only one account appears when using the chrome browser.

• Go to: Chrome Browser > New Tab > Check Account

• Watch the instructions below.

• In some cases you might not see your account in a new tab as shown below.

• Go to: Chrome Browser Options > Settings > Search for Cookies > Cookies and other site data > Allow all cookies

• Watch the instructions below.

• Go to: Chrome Book Settings > About Chrome Os > Check for Update or Restart or Update

(whichever appears from those 3) until you see Your Chromebook is up to date

• Watch the instructions below.

• Go to: autoproctor.

• Click on sign in with google and sign in with your IMAS STUDENT ACCOUNT if you are not already signed in.

• Activate the camera, microphone and screen sharing with autoproctor. (HEADPHONES / EAR PODS ARE NOT ALLOWED)

• Try the demo test.

• Before the exams or on the morning of the first day of the examination, you will receive a classroom invitation to your exam hall in google classroom. Accept the invitation.

• After all the above steps were completed. It is important to restart your device so that all new changes are applied.

• IMPORTANT: Do not just do those settings before the exam and then join immediately. Especially if you had multiple accounts before.
