About me

I am a Professor in the Department of Statistical Methods at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) since June 2023.   I obtained my DSc degree in Statistics  at UFRJ in 2021 under the supervision of Alex Schmidt . 

During my DSc studies I spent one year at McGill University  working under the supervision of David Stephens, Erica Moodie and Alex Schmidt. My thesis proposes Bayesian approaches for some causal problems. 

My main areas of research include: Causal Inference, Spatial and Spatio-Temporal methods and Bayesian Analysis.
