Toys for Tots is more than just a charity—it’s a heartwarming holiday tradition that brings joy, hope, and a little magic to children in need. Every year, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve leads this incredible mission, collecting new, unwrapped toys and delivering them to families facing tough times.
Began in 1947 by Major Bill Hendricks, the program has grown into a nationwide effort that ensures no child is left without a gift during the holiday season. With the help of local businesses, organizations, and generous people like you, Toys for Tots spreads smiles, one toy at a time.
Imagine the excitement of a child on Christmas morning, eyes wide with wonder as they unwrap a gift they never thought they’d receive. That’s the power of Toys for Tots—the power of giving, community, and the spirit of the season. Whether you donate a toy, volunteer, or simply spread the word, your involvement helps make this dream a reality for thousands of children across the country.
Join the movement, and together, let’s make this holiday season unforgettable for those who need it most.
Over 100 MCJROTC cadets from International Leadership of Texas gathered at the New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) for an intensive leadership camp from June 2 to June 7. The camp offered high school students a chance to strengthen their leadership skills, engage in physical training, and experience military discipline.
The inaugural event included drill practice, tactical exercises, obstacle courses, and leadership workshops, challenging cadets both mentally and physically while fostering teamwork. By the end, participants gained new skills, lasting friendships, and a renewed sense of purpose. The NMMI Summer Camp continues to be a key platform for developing the next generation of leaders.
