ILOILO PROVINCE - HOW TO APPLY

Kindly process first your OWWA Proof of Repatriation. To request proof of repatriation from OWWA VI, kindly send your complete name, address and contact number together with your first page passport, departure and arrival stamp to owwa.rwo6repatriation@gmail.com. To qualify in receiving Proof of Repatriation from OWWA, OFW must be facilitated by OWWA or pertinent Government Agency in his/her return to the Philippines. (Ang OFW pagahatagan lang sang Certification of Repatriation kon ini nagpauli paagi sa repatriation program sang OWWA VI)

Download the application form (Form A) and affidavit of undertaking template (Form B) here or you may also obtain a copy from PESO Province of Iloilo or Municipal PESOs. (Ang aplikante maga download sang application form (FORM A) kag affidavit of undertaking (FORM B) diri ukon maka pangayo sa PESO Province of Iloilo ukon sa PESO sang munisipyo)

Other requirements must be accomplished and secured prior the online submission. (Ang iban nga mga dokumento kinahanglan matapos antis mag sumiter)

Upon completely securing all documentary requirements, upload photos of the documentary requirements online via Google Form links found on this page. Please make sure to use your own personal valid email address. (Kon kumpleto na mga dokumento, iupload ang mga litrato sang mga dokumento online paagi sa link nga makita sa diri nga page. Siguradohon nga ikaw ang tag-iya sang email nga imo gin gamit)

Applicants who submit incomplete documents shall be notified to repeat their online application. (Ang mga aplikante nga maga sumiter sang hindi kupleto nga dokumento, abisohan nga maga liwat sang ila aplikasyon)

Applicants shall be selected for interview based on the completeness of the documents in online submission on a first-come, first-serve basis (timestamp). Applicants who passed online screening shall receive an appointment schedule from PESO thru text and call. In turn, applicants must reply to acknowledge the message. (Ang mga aplikante paga pili-on para sa interview base sa pagka kumpleto sang ila mga dokumento sa online submission, pinaagi sa first-come, first-serve (timestamp). Applicants with appointment shall proceed to Iloilo Provincial Capitol and submit the required number of copies of documentary requirements for validation and approval. (Ang mga aplikante nga may appointment magapadulong sa Iloilo Provincial Capitol kag magapasa sang pila ka kopya sang mga kinahanglan nga dokumento para sa validation kag pag aprubar)

Applicants with successful applications can claim their financial assistance within three (3) working days under normal conditions after approval of their application. (Ang mga aplikante nga may aprubado nga applications magabaton sang financial assistance sa sulod sang 3 working days, sa idalum sang normal conditions sa ti-on sang pag aprubar sang ila aplications)
