• Bags, films, dishes and others certified biodegradable and compostable packaging

Always drain organic waste before throwing it into the bag, do not press waste, cut larger waisted into small pieces. Use paper or compostable bags  (Mater-BI) to contain organic waste

    DON'T GIVE:

• foods contained in them packaging 

• Treated or painted wood 

• Non compostable litter

• Diapers and nappies 

• Oil and liquid in general 

• Fabrics, rags

• Cigarette butts 

• Mowing and pruning in large quantities

-Paper bags

-Letter envelopes (also with plastic window)

-Pizza boxes (without residue)

-Plates, glasses, trays and paper material (without residues)

-Scratchcard

-Public transport tickets 

-Paper napkins, placemats and towels 

THEY SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN

-Paper or cardboard dirty 

-Olied or plasticised paper

-Baking paper

-Thermal paper (receipts)

-Paper tissues (even if clean)

-Paper napkins dirty with food

Glass packaging MUST be placed in this collection, such as:

• glass bottles;

• glass jars;

• perfum bottle;

• glass air freshners.

They should NOT be given:

• glass or crystal glasses;

• broken glass panes;

• shattered mirrors;

• ceramics and porcelain;

• baking dishen;

• ligth bulbs and neon lamps...

...Remember to emply the packanging so that no visible product residue remains.

Junker is an application designed to avoid mistakes in sorted waste collection.

By scanning the barcode of a product or taking a photo of it, the app identifies it among over 2 million references and indicates the materials it is composed of.

GUIDE FOR MUNICIPALITY: The app uses geolocation to provide specific instructions based on the rules of the municipality where you live.

CALENDARS AND REMINDERS: Allows you to view the "door-to-door" collection calendar for your neighborhood and set notifications to remind you which waste to put out and at what time.

MAPS OF COLLECTION POINTS: Indicates the location of special bins, recycling centers, and collection points for bulky waste or WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS: Enables citizens to send reports and municipalities to send direct alerts to the population.
