Meredith is a graduate of Wichita State University, and has spent the past 10 years working in the community supporting children and families. Throughout her career, she has worked with youth ranging from kindergarten age through high school, helping them navigate emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, and family stressors.
Meredith's approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. She enjoys working alongside families and helping them navigate the hard stuff together. She believes meaningful change happens when children, parents, and therapists work as a team to better understand what’s going on beneath the surface while also building real-life skills that support healthier relationships and emotional growth.
