PhD Positions available for Fall 2024!

We are looking for two highly motivated and hard-working students to join our research group. We are particularly looking for students with an interest and background in: machine learning, programming languages (Python, Matlab, C++, R, etc.), finite element method, robotics, virtual and augmented reality, and preferably with prior publication experience. If you are interested and have competitive educational records, please read some of our papers that are interesting to you and familiarize yourself with our work, and then reach out to Dr. Alipour by sending a brief email with the subject line "Prospective Student", attaching your CV and transcripts, that clearly describes:

• • • What you can do: describe your problem-solving and programming skills, familiarity with machine learning, computer simulations, etc., past publications (if any).

    • Why you specifically want to work with us and how your background and interests align with our research.

    • What research topics you are interested in: while you may be new to research, we still want to know about the types of problems you are excited to work on, why you are interested in them, and why you have the right background to work on them.
