Being an LAS 101 intern has always been something I wanted to try since being enrolled in it during my freshman year. I thought the class was a unique way to meet all kinds of students at the University of Illinois. There, I learned about the various resources and opportunities LAS offers to its students, such as the LAS Hub, where I often go to study, as well as current registered student organizations. Whereafter, being introduced to these clubs I am not part of, such as Actgreen, a business sustainability-focused organization, Beta Alpha Psi, a professional business fraternity, and, previously, Illinois Business Consulting.
I am currently majoring in Environmental Sustainability with minors in the ISEE Honors Program and Business. Over this past summer, I worked at Yaskawa American Inc., located in Franklin, WI, where I worked at an Environmental, Social, and Governance Intern. I am currently a senior and will be graduating in May 2027. I grew up in Huntey, Illinois, a Chicago northwest suburb, with lots of cornfields and farms. In my free time, I run my own nail business, which I've been doing for over 2 years now. I love to bake, thrift, make, and drink coffee and matcha, and explore new places on and off campus.
