Hello everyone! my name is Natalia Perez and I am a senior in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. I am majoring in Political Science and Psychology with a minor in Legal Studies. I am interested in going to law school in the future and furthering my education.
I am from Chicago, Illinois and I graduated from Whitney M. Young High School back in 2021. I'm very excited to be part of your LAS 101 journey this fall!
Here on our UIUC Campus, I am part of a few student organizations. I am the Vice President of the Minority Association for Future Attorneys (MAFA), an RSO motivated toward supporting minority pre-law students on their journey toward a legal career. I am also a secondary dog trainer at Illini Service Dogs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to housing and training mobility service dogs for individuals with disabilities and to be housed free of charge. Some days you can see me walking around campus with one of our service dogs in training!

In my free time, I enjoy reading on the quad and watching all types of horror/thriller movies. Some of my interests include water polo and bullet journaling to destress.
