Ceremony Day

Ticket Information

We are excited to welcome graduates and guests to the iLEAD Exploration Commencement Ceremony at The Grand Event Center in Long Beach.  Each graduate will be permitted to invite 5 guests unless an extra guest was previously requested and approved. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be permitted to enter the auditorium at approximately 3:30 pm.

Ceremony Instructions  

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The facility does NOT allow helium-filled balloons inside the building. Please do not bring them to the ceremony. 

• Parents will not be permitted to wait in the ballroom during graduation rehearsal.  Parents will be asked to wait in line outside the building or off campus 

• Limited seating for the elderly is available in the main lobby

• For those who requested an extra seat, confirmation was shared in an email with the updated number of seats permitted for that graduate

• Guests will check in and receive a wristband prior to entering 

• Doors will open at approximately 3:30 pm 

• Guests who arrive earlier will need to wait in a designated line

• Once inside, drinks and light refreshments will be provided in the main ballroom

• ASB will be selling candy leis in the back of the main ballroom for $10 each by cash/PayPal/credit card

• Graduates will receive 1 lookbook after the ceremony, but additional Lookbooks may be purchased for $5 each before the ceremony by cash/PayPal/credit card

Ceremony Schedule

1:45 - 2:00 Graduate Check-In

2:00 - 3:00 Rehearsal

3:30             Doors Open for Guests

4:00             Ceremony Begins

5:30 Ceremony Concludes

5:30-6:00 Pictures and Graduate Check Out

Photos

We will have a photographer taking pictures of each graduate as they receive their diploma.  We will share these photos and all candids in a folder for parents to access following the ceremony.  Please check back here after graduation for details.
