The Mental Health Alliance Club aims to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for students to connect, learn, and grow together. Our mission is to promote open conversations about mental health, emotional well-being, and self-care while building a sense of community within the student body.
Through discussions, activities, workshops, and collaborative projects, the club encourages students to better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and support one another. Mental Health Alliance works to reduce stigma around mental health by normalizing conversations and fostering empathy and understanding.
The values that bring our club together are compassion, inclusivity, openness, and connection. We believe everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and accepted, and that mental health education and community-building are essential for a healthy school environment.
