Congratulations to our Ilam Swimmers who represented West Zone at the Canterbury Swimming event on Thursday, 3 April.
We had 6 students:, Laura, Rogan, James, Jayden, Hasinu and Quinn. Results are as follows: James: 18th/32 in Year 6 Boys Freestyle, Rogan 16/36 Year 5 Free, 7/31 Breaststroke. Laura 8/35 Year 5 Freestyle, 18/35 Backstroke, 26/32 Breaststroke. Hasinu, Quinn, Jayden and James competed in the Year 6 200m Relay: 9/15:
Fantastic results, especially without extra training and also 4 of these students had just returned from their class camp.

WEST ZONE SWIMMING: this event was held on Thursday 20 March at Jellie Park. Congratulations to all of our competitors for displaying such fantastic Ilam Values and sportsmanship.

Congratulations to all of our Year 4-6 tamariki who participated in the Ilam School Swimming sports on Thursday, 6 March. They all displayed the Ilam School values in a fantastic manner. Many thanks to our parents who help with the event. We really appreciate it. The results are listed below. These children are able to participate in the West Zone event that takes place on Thursday 20 March at Jellie Park.
