We  will conduct visual, non-invasive evaluation of a property's visible and accessible systems and components to identify safety hazards or defects. You will receive a detailed report with findings such as issues with the roof, foundation, plumbing, or electrical systems, helping buyers make informed decisions. 

Key Responsibilities and Areas Inspected

• Structural Components: Foundation, roof, attic, framing, walls, and ceilings for stability and water intrusion.

• Major Systems: Safety and function of HVAC (heating/cooling), electrical panels, and plumbing systems.

• Interior & Exterior: Windows, doors, floors, insulation, drainage, and grading.

• Safety Check: Immediate hazards such as improper wiring, faulty plumbing, or structural defects.

• Reporting: You will receive a  detailed, objective report (with photos) outlining the condition of the home and identifying any areas requiring repair.
