To provide our services effectively, your information may be shared or disclosed under the following circumstances:
Third-Party Service Providers and SDKs: We may transfer your personal data to authorized third-party service providers and cloud infrastructure networks located abroad to manage data storage, archiving, and customer relationship management. Specifically, we utilize embedded tools such as the Facebook SDK, Adjust, and Firebase Analytics to monitor app performance, track ad identifiers, and correct technical defects.

Please note that other than the shared data, we do not share any further personal data (such as your identity, contact information, device identifiers, or learning preferences) with these AI providers.
The voice recordings, spoken phrases, and text inputs you provide are processed on their servers strictly to generate conversational AI Tutor responses and pronunciation feedback. V. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
1. How long do we keep your information?
We store your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the LearnUp service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
Account data, learning progress, and voice recordings/chat inputs are retained securely within your account (accessible only via your active login) for the duration of your account and a reasonable period after deletion;
Transaction records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law;
Marketing data is retained until you withdraw your consent.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us
2. How do we protect your information? LearnUp undertakes to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your personal data, and to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful disclosure, or modification. We implement industry-standard security practices, including but not limited to:
Encryption: Sensitive data is stored and transferred using strong cryptographic methods and industry-standard encryption protocols (such as HTTPS/TLS).
Firewalls & VPNs: Our servers and data centers are protected by periodically updated firewalls. Remote access to our systems by authorized personnel or suppliers is strictly controlled via SSL-VPNs.
Access Controls: Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized LearnUp employees based on their job requirements. Remote access to sensitive data requires two-factor authentication (2FA).
Monitoring & Testing: We log all transaction records regarding sensitive data securely. Furthermore, we periodically conduct penetration tests on our servers to identify and close any security vulnerabilities, and utilize an Information Security Threat and Event Management system to respond to threats immediately.
Data Backups: We periodically back up the data we store using secure cloud infrastructure facilities to prevent data loss.
Authenticated Access (Storage SignIn): All user-generated content, specifically voice recordings and conversational histories with the AI, are encrypted and strictly gated by our Storage SignIn architecture. This ensures that your conversational data can only be decrypted, accessed, or played back while your specific user session is actively authenticated within the App. Unauthorized external access is entirely prevented.
In the event of a data breach or unauthorized access despite our security measures, LearnUp will notify the affected Users immediately and report to the relevant data protection authorities as required by law, while taking all necessary steps to mitigate the impact.
