Qur’an and Sunnah Studies Students’ Association (QUSSA) is a student association at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) that represents undergraduate students of the Department of Qur'an and Sunnah Studies (RKQS). QUSSA aims to support students’ academic, spiritual, leadership, and personal development through various academic, religious, social, and community activities.
OUR HISTORY
QUSSA traces its roots to the Islamic Revealed Knowledge Students’ Association (ISRAK), which since 2014 represented students from RKQS, RKFQ and RKUD. Following discussions in 2020 regarding the restructuring of ISRAK, the association was dissolved in 2021 and divided into three respective student associations: QUSSA, SOFI and UDCY.
QUSSA was officially established in December 2021 with its initial visual identity. In February 2022, QUSSA underwent a rebranding with a new visual identity and has since served as the student association representing undergraduate students of the Qur'an and Sunnah Studies (RKQS) programme.
