The Material Advantage™ Student Program is the premier membership option for students interested in Manufacturing, Materials Science and Engineering. This program provides students with scholarships and grants, career development and information, and access to professional and academic resources from the most preeminent societies: ACerS, AIST, ASM International, and TMS. 

Material Advantage™ at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati is a student-run group committed to the academic and professional development of materials science and engineering students. We work together to build awareness and interest in materials science, provide our members with career development opportunities, and organise outreach events to educate the general public about Material Science.
