Safran India establishes PNT lab at IITTNiF  

Safran India, in collaboration with the Geo-Intel Lab at IITTNiF, has established a Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Lab and provides a collaborative platform for students, startups, researchers, and industry to work on cutting-edge innovations.
This facility is equipped with Safran’s Skydel GNSS Simulation Software, enabling advanced research, training, and simulation in navigation, anti-jamming, and anti-spoofing technologies. The collaboration aims to foster innovation and skill development through collaborative workshops, training programs, and internships. By bringing together students, researchers, startups on a common platform, the PNT Lab is positioned to become a national resource for resilient navigation, secure positioning, and geospatial intelligence, advancing India’s leadership in critical technologies and contributing to the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
