I have completed my PhD in Economics at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS), Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar, Punjab, India.
My research interests lie in open economy macroeconomics and exchange rate pass-through, with a particular focus on analyzing monetary policy within a Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium (DSGE) framework. Additionally, I study business cycle dynamics, environmental challenges, and emission mitigation strategies from a policy-oriented perspective. I have published my research in several academic journals and presented my work at various national and international conferences. I have also participated in workshops and summer schools related to my research areas.
In my leisure time, I enjoy reading and keeping up with contemporary economic developments at both domestic and global levels.
