My name is  Priyanka, a Prime Minister's Research Fellow in the Department of Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. I am working under the supervision of  Prof. Manoranjan Mishra. My research area is computational fluid dynamics. My current research work focuses on the numerical investigation of flow instabilities, particularly the  flows through channels or pipes. We inquire how the change in the viscosity or density of the fluid effect these instabilities.
