Hi, Welcome to my page !

I am Jashoda Kumari, a PhD Student in the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, working under Dr. Balesh Kumar (Assistant Prof. at IIT Ropar). I have been awarded the prestigious  Prime Minister's research fellowship (PMRF) in the 11th-cycle (May 2023). My area of research is Number Theory. More precisely, I am interested to study the analytic properties of Fourier coefficients of Modular forms and their generalizations.

It turns out that the building blocks of modular forms are the key objects to understand many problems in the theory and applications of modular forms. My next aim is to understand these building blocks for other types of modular forms which are not yet known. The analytic properties of Fourier coefficients of modular forms are important to study these building blocks.
