Participants will showcase their research work through a structured poster and technical write-up.
Submission Requirements:
📌 Poster (A0 Size)
Must be prepared strictly according to the sample poster format provided.
📄 Technical Write-up (1–2 Pages)
A concise manuscript in IEEE Conference Format (A4 size) describing:
Problem statement
Methodology
Results and analysis
Conclusion and future scope
This activity provides scholars an opportunity to present their research visually while engaging in meaningful technical discussions with judges and peers.
Participants will present a working prototype, model, or hardware-based implementation of their project.

📄 Technical Write-up (1–2 Pages):
A document in IEEE Conference Format (A4 size) detailing:
Objective of the project
Design methodology
System architecture
Implementation details
Results and practical applications
The hardware/demo session will evaluate innovation, technical depth, practical feasibility, and clarity of explanation.
