About Me

I am Azmeera Harshith Kumar, born and brought up in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. I have done my Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Rourkela, India in 2018. After my Bachelors, I have done my Master of Technology in Power Engineering in 2021 and I am currently pursuing my doctoral studies in the field of High Voltage under the guidance of Prof. C. C. Reddy from Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, India.

I am currently working on the fault diagnostics of 220kV HV Cable Joints and Terminations. The design aspects of the HV equipment and stress control is the area in which my research is mainly focused. I am also actively involved in the various industrial projects which helps in gaining a better depth of understanding to my current problem statement.

I am well versed with HV Impedance Spectroscopy, AC and DC breakdown, Volumetric Current and Space Charge Measurements, etc. I have also a good understanding of IoT based sensors and Machine Learning Algorithms.
