Hey There!

I am a Research Scholar (Institute Fellow) in Psychology at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar, under the supervision of Dr. Parwinder Singh.

My research interests are digital well-being, emotion regulation, and social psychology. I often explore younger populations for their potential for development and learning through psychological insights and interventions.

I intend to promote well-being, efficiency, and adjustment through applied research.
