I am a Research Scholar (Institute Fellow) in Psychology at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar, under the supervision of Dr. Parwinder Singh.

My research interests are digital well-being, emotion regulation, and social psychology.

I intend to promote well-being, efficiency and adjustment through applied research.
