Paper Title: Strata: Proactive Page Placement in Hybrid Memory Systems

Existing techniques in hybrid memory systems rely on hotness-based page allocation, placing new pages in faster memory (HBM) only after sufficient access history is observed. Strata improves hybrid memory performance by proactively placing new pages in HBM, unlike conservative hotness-based page allocation. This boosts early HBM access, lowers latency, and delivers a 27.18% IPC gain.
