Travel Information:

To reach the venue of the conference (IIT Mandi Campus):

Via Air:

The nearest airport is the Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh. The Institute campus is about 3.5 hours journey from the airport. 

The second airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi . The Institute campus is about  8 hours journey from the airport. 

Prepaid taxi services and buses are available at the airport to reach your place of stay. 

Via Train:

The Railway station Chandigarh is the nearest railway station. The campus is about 3.5 hours away from the station. Taxi service is available outside the train station.

Taxi Services:
Regarding the travel, we can arrange a taxi from Chandigarh Airport/ISBT/Train station to IIT Mandi.

Bus Service:

You can directly book HRTC Volvo buses from Chandigarh to Mandi ISBT.

Mandi ISBT to IIT Mandi is around 22 Km, and you can either take a taxi or book an institute bus  (by contacting the above students).

Accommodation Information:

Accommodation for the limited plenary and invited speakers is available upon request at the CV Raman Guest House  (subsidized rate of Rs 1500/- per day per room + GST) inside the IIT Mandi North Campus.  We have also arranged limited rooms in a hostel for students at a subsidized rate (Rs 300 per day per room + GST).
