– identify key differences between online and offline sessions;
– analyze challenges associated with virtual space: attention, nonverbal communication, technical limitations;
– discuss the role of the facilitator in virtual learning;
– present the Mindset – Heartset – Skillset approach as a foundation for effective facilitation;
– ways to engage passive participants: atmosphere, activation, visual stories;
– the role of mentors in chat, voice and technical support during the session.

– Review of key stages of virtual exchange (VE) development
– Work with the checklist “Virtual Exchange Design & Development for Partners”
– Analysis of course relevance, institutional and technical readiness, partnership availability and learner readiness
– Introduction to interactive learning path design methods, facilitation tools
– Participation in practical work with the Miro board - discussion of VE feasibility criteria in training courses.
