The virtual exchange for postgraduate students was based on the innovative integrated module "Digital Transformation in Education and Science", which was attended by more than 50 graduate students from scientific institutions of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. The program of the module covered critical areas of modern academic development, presented by leading scientists of the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. The lecture block consisted of a series of micro-lectures that corresponded to European trends in flexible learning.

Each of the sections of the course focused on a different aspect of digital transformations in the context of sustainable development. Professor Svitlana Lytvynova presented the concept of microlearning as a tool for internationalization and the use of artificial intelligence. The issue of using AI as a personal assistant for global education and collaboration was highlighted by senior researcher Maria Shishkina. The study of immersive technologies in the era of globalization was presented by Yulia Nosenko, and the direction of management and protection of the researcher's digital footprint was presented by Alisa Sukhikh. Ergonomic factors and the human factor in the globalized world were analyzed by Professor Oleksandr Burov. The development of digital competence in academic activities was devoted to the lectures of Professor Oksana Ovcharuk, and the synthesis of the Sustainable Development Goals with digital transformation was devoted to the classes of senior researcher Maya Marienko. Such an integrated approach laid a solid foundation for the formation of young scientists' skills in conducting research at the international level.

Goal: will contribute to the expansion of international interaction between educational institutions, as well as to the increase of internationalization of educational and scientific programs and exchanges.

28 undergraduate students of the Piotrkowska Academy (Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland) took part in the virtual exchange. At the first stage, students received presentations and lecture notes for independent study of the material. Subsequently, Ukrainian teachers conducted a series of online classes, focusing on a detailed analysis of the key aspects of the course. The online sessions were scheduled in the afternoon. Organizational and technical support was provided by an assistant curator from the Polish side and a system administrator from the Ukrainian side.

After completing the training, a questionnaire was conducted for students according to the form developed within the framework of the SIN-NEC project.
